Working with the Elementals

We come into this existence as children of the elements made up of them and the underlying principle of spirit which embodies all material both in the physical world and spiritual.

We will work with the elementals of air (sylphs), fire (salamanders), water (undines), and earth (gnomes). The elementals are important forces of nature which when working in balance within us can help to heal, empower our lives, and help us move positively forwards.

We will create a healing circle of mountain (apus) spirit helpers and learn to connect with Mother Earth.

Bring: Food, blanket, water, pen, paper, drums, and rattle if you have them.
